Ingredients

- 20 Cherry tomatoes
- 20 Mozzarella pearls
- 20 Castelvetrano olives, pitted
- 20 Black olives, pitted, large or jumbo
- 20 Basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic glaze for drizzling
- 20 Cocktail skewers
Balsamic Glaze
- 1 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Honey or brown sugar
Instructions

Making the caprese olive skewers is straightforward. Skewer the castelvetrano olive, cherry tomato, basil, mozzarella pearl, and black olive with the cocktail skewers. Depending on your preference, feel free to change the order or the number of the ingredients you put on your skewer. For example, you could put two mozzarella pearls and one less olive if you like!
Once you have skewered all the ingredients, display them on a large plate. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. You could use store-bought balsamic glaze or make some from scratch!
To make the balsamic glaze, add balsamic vinegar and either brown sugar or honey into a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 15 minutes to reduce the balsamic vinegar until it is thick enough to coat a spoon.

Once the skewers are ready, serve as an appetizer or a light lunch.

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this matter to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
