Ingredients

  • 20 Cherry tomatoes
  • 20 Mozzarella pearls
  • 20 Castelvetrano olives pitted
  • 20 Black olives pitted, large or jumbo
  • 20 Basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 20 Cocktail skewers

Balsamic Glaze

  • 1 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • ΒΌ cup Brown sugar or honey

Instructions

  • Skewer one of each Castelvetrano olive, cherry tomato, basil, mozzarella pearl, and black olive on a cocktail skewer.
  • Display the skewers on a large plate and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.

Balsamic Glaze

  • Add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar or honey into a sauce pan and bring it to a gentle boil over medium heat. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 15 minutes to reduce the balsamic vinegar until it is thick enough to coat a spoon.
