Skewer one of each Castelvetrano olive, cherry tomato, basil, mozzarella pearl, and black olive on a cocktail skewer.
Display the skewers on a large plate and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Balsamic Glaze
Add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar or honey into a sauce pan and bring it to a gentle boil over medium heat. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 15 minutes to reduce the balsamic vinegar until it is thick enough to coat a spoon.
