½cupExtra virgin olive oil
1TbspCrushed red pepper flakes

1Baguette or other bread for dipping
Instructions
If using frozen shrimp, thaw in the fridge overnight or run the shrimp under cold water for 5 minutes.
Chop the garlic. Add extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic, and red pepper flakes into a skillet. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat to infuse the oil with garlic and pepper.
Add shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally until the shrimp is cooked through.
Chop the parsley and slice the lemons. Garnish the dish with the freshly-prepared parsley and lemons.
Slice the baguette or other bread and lay the slices out on a baking sheet. Toast the bread in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. Serve with Spicy Garlic Shrimp in Olive Oil.
