Ingredients

  • 2 cups White medium grain rice
  • ¼ cup Black rice
  • 2 ¾ cups Water

Instructions

  • Rinse the rice and add it to the sauce pan with water. Cook, covered, on high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Turn the heat off and let it rest for 5 minutes. Fluff the rice with a rice paddle or a fork before serving.
