Ginger Pork Meatballs
2lbsGround pork
2clovesGarlic
1Onionsmall
1inchGinger root, 1 Tbsp ginger powder or grated ginger paste
2TbspParsley
¾cupBreadcrumbs
1TbspSoy sauce
1TbspKetchup
1Egg
Instructions
Add meatballs (see below) to a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
Add jellied cranberry sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar. Cook for 10 minutes while stirring. If using frozen meatballs, cook for 15 additional minutes.
Alternatively, cook in a slow cooker for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
Ginger Pork Meatballs
Blend or finely chop garlic, onion, ginger root, and parsley. Add them to a large mixing bowl with the rest of the meatball ingredients. Mix well.
Form meatballs that are about 1 1/2 inch in diameter. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet with wire rack. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
