Cranberry Apple Crumble

- 6 Apples Gala or Fuji
- 2 cups Cranberries
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon powder
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 12 Tbsp Butter
- 1½ cups Flour
- 1 cup Oats
- 1½ cups Sugar Turbinado or brown
- 1 cup Almonds Sliced
Peel and core the apples. Cut into 1-inch cubes. Toss cubed apples, cranberries, cinnamon powder, ½ cup sugar, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cut cold butter into ½ inch cubes. In another mixing bowl, add cubed butter, flour, oats, 1 cup sugar, and almonds. Combine using a pastry cutter, forks, or your hand until crumbles have formed. Sprinkle the crumbles over the cranberry-apple mixture.
Put the cranberry apple crumble into a 350 ºF oven and bake for 50–60 minutes until the crumbles are golden brown and the juice is bubbly. Serve with vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with caramel for extra sweetness.
