Ingredients

  • 16 oz Silken tofu
  • ½ cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Banana frozen
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp Maple syrup

Toppings

  • 4 Tbsp Almond slices or slivers
  • 4 Tbsp Shredded coconut
  • ½ cup Raspberries
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Chocolate chips or chunks optional

Instructions

  • Blend together silken tofu, almond milk, frozen banana, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Pour into a bowl.
  • Top the smoothie with almond slices, shredded coconut, raspberries, banana, and optional chocolate chips.
