Baked Parmesan-Crusted Chicken

- 2 lbs Thinly sliced chicken breast
- 6 Tbsp Butter salted
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Parsley flakes
Microwave the butter in a bowl for one minute until it melts.
Prepare the Parmesan breadcrumbs by mixing breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley flakes.
Dredge the thinly-sliced chicken breasts in the melted butter, then coat it with Parmesan breadcrumbs. Press down the breadcrumbs to ensure the chicken is well-coated. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the chicken in a 400ºF-preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning the chicken cutlets over halfway through the cooking process. Take the Parmesan-crusted chicken out of the oven once the chicken is cooked through and the parmesan crust is golden brown.
