Bacon Garlic Brussels Sprouts

- 32 oz Brussels sprouts
- 8 strips Bacon thick cut sliced
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 5 cloves Garlic
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and lay them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Coat the Brussels sprouts with olive oil.
Cut the bacon into half-inch strips.
Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves.
Toss in the bacon and garlic with the Brussels sprouts on the sheet pan.
Preheat the oven to 400°F and roast the Garlic Bacon Brussels Sprouts for 30 minutes.
Remove and serve warm.
