Bacon Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Sheet-pan roasted Brussels sprouts with garlic and BACON!

Ingredients

  • 32 oz Brussels sprouts
  • 8 strips Bacon thick cut sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and lay them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Coat the Brussels sprouts with olive oil.
  • Cut the bacon into half-inch strips.
  • Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves.
  • Toss in the bacon and garlic with the Brussels sprouts on the sheet pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and roast the Garlic Bacon Brussels Sprouts for 30 minutes.
  • Remove and serve warm.
