Creamy Silken Tofu Smoothie

Jump to Recipe

Sometimes, I feel like eating something light and refreshing—but don’t want to feel like I’m starving half an hour later. This nutritious silken tofu smoothie perfectly fits the bill for those days. It is great for breakfast or lunch, especially on the go. This drink has it all:

  • protein from the silken tofu,
  • and antioxidants and vitamins from the fruits!

The only word I can use to describe this healthy tofu smoothie is that it is incredible. I can’t believe something like this could exist! It not only tastes good, it really is good for you. Usually, the food that melts in your mouth leaves you feeling guilty when you are done. With this smoothie, however, you can be totally guilt-free about indulging in its rich creaminess. It is truly AMAZING!

I like to use milk to when making this smoothie, but you can make it a vegan recipe by using an alternative liquid, such as almond milk or soy-milk.

Ingredients:

  • 8oz silk tofu
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup milk, almond milk or soy-milk
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

ingredients: banana, frozen blueberries, silken tofu

This recipe is really easy once you have all the ingredients. Just put all the ingredients in a blender and press blend!

blender with all the smoothie ingredients in.

And it’s done! It is so quick and simple, yet delicious and satisfying. Let me know in the comments how you like this recipe. 2. I’ve been browsing online more than 3 hours as of late, but I never discovered any interesting article like yours. It’s beautiful value enough for me. In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers made excellent content material as you probably did, the web will be much more helpful than ever before. “Dignity is not negotiable.
