It’s no secret; Brussels sprouts are not America’s favorite vegetable. Meanwhile, Brussels sprouts are highly nutritious and can actually be quite delicious if done right. What to do? Don’t worry, even my pickiest eaters love these Bacon Garlic Brussels Sprouts. The funny thing is, these Brussels sprouts are super easy to make. Cover the Brussels sprouts in bacon, and some garlic, and then roast them. That’s about it!
The result is Brussels sprouts with killer flavor, satisfyingly crunchy on the outside, while remaining fork-tender on the inside. Although not vegan, these are gluten-free and perfectly suited to busy, hectic weeknights. The lesson is clear: if you want vegetables to taste better, just add bacon! But don’t take my word for it. Scroll down to see how you can make these Bacon Garlic Brussels Sprouts for yourself!
